These Terms of Use govern the use of the Teukoo platform, accessible through our mobile application and our website teukoo.com. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• The Platform: means the Teukoo application and the website teukoo.com.

• The User: means any person registered on the Platform.

• The Account: means the User's personal space on the Platform.

• The Services: means all the features offered by the Platform.

2.1 Registration requirements

Registration is reserved for natural persons who have reached the age of majority. Every User must be at least 18 years old.

2.2 Registration process

Registration requires the provision of accurate and up-to-date information. The User undertakes to keep this information up to date.

2.3 Sign-in through a third-party service

The User may register and sign in using their Google account instead of a password. This choice does not alter their rights or obligations under these terms.

In that case, Teukoo receives only the verified email address, the first name and a technical identifier. Details are set out in the privacy policy.

Loss of access to the third-party account, or withdrawal of the authorisation granted to Teukoo, does not entail the deletion of the Teukoo account. The User retains the ability to sign in by other means.

2.4 Account security

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity on their account.

3.1 Description of the services

The Platform enables Users to take part in fantasy football games, to create teams and to take part in contests.

3.2 Changes to the services

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time.

4.1 User behaviour

Users undertake to abide by the rules of fair play and not to engage in any fraudulent or harmful conduct.

4.2 Prohibitions

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use automated programs
• Manipulate results
• Create multiple accounts
• Share one's account

5.1 Deposits and withdrawals

Financial transactions are subject to security checks. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the terms in force.

5.2 Fees and commissions

Applicable fees are clearly stated before each transaction. The User is responsible for any applicable taxes.

6.1 Limitation of liability

The Platform cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Services.

6.2 Force majeure

The Platform cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure preventing the performance of the Services.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms. The User may also close their account at any time.

These terms may be amended at any time. Users will be informed of material changes by email or by notification in the application.
