Frequently asked questions
Does it take up space on my phone?
Almost none. Installing does not download an app from a store: it adds the Teukoo icon to your home screen and remembers the site address.
Does Teukoo work without a connection?
No. A “No connection” page appears when the network drops, but tournaments, live scores and the wallet all need the internet.
How do I uninstall it?
Like any other app: press and hold the icon, then Remove. Your account, teams and balance are unaffected.
I no longer see the install banner
If you dismissed it, it stays quiet for fourteen days. This page remains available at any time.
Why doesn’t my iPhone offer it automatically?
Apple gives websites no way to trigger an install. On iPhone and iPad, Share then “Add to Home Screen” is the only route.
